These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of WordBowl Party Game ("WordBowl", "the app"), developed and published by AppNest Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using WordBowl, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WordBowl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

WordBowl is a party word game designed for entertainment. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app

3. Subscriptions

WordBowl offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Weekly Premium: Provides access to all word packs. Renews automatically every week.
• Annual Premium: Provides access to all word packs at a discounted rate. Renews automatically every year.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User-Created Content

You may create custom word packs within the app. All custom content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit any user-created content. You are solely responsible for the content of custom word packs you create.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in WordBowl, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of AppNest Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WordBowl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNest Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
